THIS IS A PHYSICAL PRODUCT AND WILL BE DELIVERED VIA REGULAR MAIL.
After your purchase, we will send you an email to request for a photo of your pup and ask for more specific details, such as:
- If you would like your pup to be wearing a Jade & Coral garment or if you prefer they be illustrated au naturel.
- If you would like an accessory to be added such as necklace or sunglasses or bow.
- If you would like a color background to be added

Please also feel free to mention other specific requests that you might have that we have not listed - the more details you have the better.
A pencil sketch will be emailed for your approval before the watercolor illustration is started.
The surface of the paper is cold press.
- Envelopes: 70 lb. / 104 gsm
- Cards: 140 lb / 300 gsm
The edges of the envelope are also painted with a color of your choice, which gives a personal touch.
We will require 5-7 days to complete the illustration after your purchase.
